Job Responsibilities: 

• Ground operations standards are the key to ensuring that airports receive and dispatch aircraft efficiently and safely. You will supervise flight handling and manage ramp operations to ensure smooth aircraft handling.

• Supervise and operate Full Ground Support Equipment

• Perform flight rescue or service recovery under the direction of Duty Manager

• Monitor and ensure smooth ground operations during shift.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Aviation/Aerospace related disciplines or other relevant qualifications

• Possess Class 3 driving license

• Comfortable with shift work 

• Candidates who require work passes need not apply

Benefits:

• $5000 Joining Bonus

• Entitled to AWS

• Entitled to Performance Bonus

• Fresh graduates or those with diploma/degree but without relevant experience, will be placed under 6-month trainee program.

Compensation:

• Basic salary from $2600 onwards

• Entitled to shift allowance/month: average $240 

• Entitled to OT payment: average $200 

• Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight

Work Week & Shift: 6 days per week, rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Location: Changi
