5 days week. Candidate would require Singapore experiences to qualify.

Job Description

Preparing and develop 3d modelling for M&E systems.
Collaborate with other discipline to avoid clashes on BIM models.
Comply with the deliverable's deadlines set by the team leader.
Make sure that the system, layers, filters & revit families are in proper order & according to template (BEP) as well.
Setting up template on m&e system, architectural setup, sheets whenever required.
Liaise with the team leaders/Engineers regarding on projects requirements, submission etc
Guiding & mentoring Bim modelers on the modelling issues

To develop & maintain BIM protocol and execution plan requirement by the client. To ensure a clash free BIM models for mechanical & electrical system is implemented.

Requirements

Minimum 1-year experiences in BIM (M&E)
Relevant certificates in BIM
Versed in Revit and other drafting software is a must.
