Jobs Description:

1. Project Manager

• Project planning, execute resource management and control

• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Electrical Works

• Arrange and monitor work progress

• Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery

• Manage a group of Site Engineer

2. Site Coordinator

• Prepare documents for electrical testing

• Rectify and repair electrical issues at site

• Prepare and submit tender quotations

• Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

3. Other ad hoc task as per request

Requirements:

• ITE Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Civil engineering or Equivalent

• At least 5 years experience in project supervision/electrical contracting

• AutoCAD/BIM/ Revit Knowledge will be an advantage.
