Logistics Coordinator (Freight Forwarding)

Job Scope:

• Manage customer emails, calls, and inquiries related to delivery orders and logistics coordination.

• Prepare shipping documents for import/export

• Assist in bill of lading (BL), certificates of origin (COO), cargo insurance

• Provide prompt and professional responses record feedback, and complaints accurately in the system.

• Maintain accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) records and file related documents.

• Prepare reports on customer interactions and service performance.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.

• Work closely with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics preferred).

• Relevant in logistics / e-commerce / supply chain working experience.

• Excellent communication and phone handling skills.

Procurement Executive

Job Scope:

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, strategic partnerships, and reliable freight costs.

• Source, qualify, and manage new suppliers.

• Prepare, release, and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring timely acknowledgement and delivery.

• Collaborate with QA and Planning teams to meet material specifications, prevent shortages, and expedite critical parts.

• Coordinate between Warehouse and Production teams to support smooth operations and material flow.

• Monitor supplier performance on On-Time Delivery (OTD) and quality, maintaining uninterrupted supply.

• Manage inventory by tracking slow-moving stock, optimizing purchasing volumes, and preventing obsolescence.

• Liaise with external permit vendors to ensure smooth declaration processes
