About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Ramp ServiceMan to support aircraft ground operations. You will handle equipment, assist arrival/departure processes, and ensure smooth and safe turnaround of flights.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (Class 4/5) such as aerobridges, passenger steps, and pushback tugs

• Support aircraft arrival and departure operations

• Assist with passenger boarding and disembarkation

• Conduct basic equipment checks and report issues

• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

Requirements

• At least secondary education (SPM or equivalent)

• Able to read, write, and communicate in English

• Valid Class 3 / D / GDL / E licence

• Comfortable with shift work

Working Hours

• 6 days per week, 44 hours

• 8-hour shifts (rotation):

  • Morning: 8:00am – 3:00pm

  • Afternoon: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

  • Night: 10:00pm – 6:00am

• OT available

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD1,975

• Variable Shift Allowance: Avg. SGD240/month

• Gross salary up to SGD2,000 – SGD2,300

• AWS (13th Month Bonus)

• Annual Performance Bonus (up to 3 months)

• Staff transport provided for midnight shifts

• Annual Leave: 12 days

• Sick Leave: 14 days

• Hospitalisation Leave: 60 days
