Regional IT Manager - Cloud - End User - ITIL - #1129131

Job Description:

• Lead strategy and operations for cloud and compute services across APAC, including AWS, Azure, and private cloud environments.

• Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, reliable, high-performing, and compliant with global standards.

• Drive cloud adoption, automation, and cost optimization across the region.

• Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and adopt new technologies.

• Manage vendors and ensure service-level agreements are met.

• Oversee endpoint devices (PCs, tablets, mobile) across APAC using Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SSO solutions.

• Ensure secure and efficient identity and access management for users.

• Enhance user experience and productivity through modern workplace initiatives.

• Manage device lifecycle processes and ensure endpoint security compliance.

• Lead and mentor a regional infrastructure team, promoting collaboration and innovation.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.

• Align regional operations with global IT strategy and regional business needs.

• Define and monitor KPIs for service performance, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and private cloud.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and identity management.

• Experience overseeing multi-country IT operations in APAC.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Microsoft technologies.

• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improvement.
