HR Executive - #1129023

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth company workflow.

• Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including coordination of probation, confirmation, and annual review exercises.

• Maintain accurate employee data and records in the HR system, and prepare monthly attendance and manpower reports.

• Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, and compliance with MOM, CPF, and IRAS requirements.

• Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and training programs.

• Contribute to HR initiatives, internal audits, and continuous process improvement.

• Uphold company policies and operational standards, and perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced service or logistics environment.

• Familiar with Singapore employment laws and HR systems.

• Strong organizational and people skills, with attention to detail and discretion.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively across functions.
