• Oversee project planning and delivery to ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Act as the key contact for clients, consultants, and authorities throughout the project.
• Manage manpower planning and allocate resources efficiently.
• Control project budgets, optimize margins, and handle contracts and claims effectively.
• Lead tender submissions, provide technical guidance, and develop winning bid strategies.
• Promote innovation, technology use, and precast solutions within projects.
• Support talent development and succession planning.

Job Requirements:
• Experience in NRP, A&A, R&R, and structural steel works.
• Strong leadership, good organizational skills, and a practical, independent working approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
