Finance Executive (MNC / 12 months renewable) - #1129014

Finance Executive (1 Year Renewable Contract):
Support the team in financial reporting, operations, compliance, and business partnering to ensure effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including reconciliations, AR/AP monitoring, month-end closing, and preparation of accounts, reports, and financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with MAS regulatory reporting (e.g. PSN04), GST submissions, tax matters, and internal finance policies.

• Partner with business teams on new product launches, providing finance requirements, reviewing accounting treatment, and supporting UAT before go-live.

• Strengthen internal controls, drive process improvements, mitigate risk areas, and provide financial guidance to shared services and internal stakeholders.

• Support finance projects and other duties assigned by the Finance Director and CFO.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

• 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
