Job description:

• Daily Coordination – Assist in planning and scheduling day-to-day M&E maintenance activities to ensure smooth workflow.

• Work Order Management – Track, update, and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion.

• Documentation & Records – Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of maintenance activities, schedules, and inspections.

• Communication Support – Act as a point of contact between maintenance teams, subcontractors, and client to ensure clear updates.

• Compliance & Safety – Support adherence to safety standards, procedures, and company policies during all maintenance activities.
