Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sustainability Manager to lead and implement sustainability strategies across our organisation. You will be responsible for developing environmental initiatives, monitoring sustainability performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sustainability policies and roadmap.

- Identify opportunities to reduce carbon footprint and waste.

- Coordinate sustainability reporting and audits.

- ISO certifications and compliance, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others.

- Monitor and track sustainability KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Ensure sustainability goals are embedded in daily operations, business practices, and long-term planning.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability management, ESG, or ISO certification management.

3. Strong communication and project management skills

4. Knowledge of sustainability standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, ESG frameworks, etc.)

5. Proven track record in developing and executing sustainability strategies and programs.
