Working Hours: 5-day |8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: $6,500 – $9,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior / Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a residential and long-term care environment. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of nurses and care staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.

• Oversee nursing operations, care planning, and clinical assessments.

• Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, and internal governance standards.

• Drive continuous quality improvement and implement best practices in clinical care.

• Manage manpower planning, staff development, and performance appraisals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-focused care.

• Maintain infection control standards and accurate clinical documentation.

• Support and deputise for the Head of Nursing (Assistant Director of Nursing) when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

• Degree in Nursing

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing certificate

• ACTA Certified

• Experience in inpatient, community, or elderly care settings.

• Solid computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with InfoCare or similar healthcare IT systems is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
