Operations Coordinator (Food Services) | 5 Days/ $3k/ East/ Bonus - #1128408

Job Scope:

• Be the main liasion between the school and catering team and maintain good relationships with teachers and staff.

• Coordinate on-site between the Central Kitchen Team and school faculty for daily food delivery, food quality, feedback, special requests, and menu reviews.

• Oversee daily operations for 3 primary school food outlets (Casuarina, Northoaks & Chongzheng primary schools).

• Handle daily duties like opening/closing, preparing meals, serving food, and collecting cash.

• Make sure food is prepared and served on time and follows hygiene and safety standards.

• Plan staff schedules, supervise part-timers, and solve simple daily issues.

• Follow hygiene rules and prepare required documents.

• Order stock, check supplies, and keep records updated.

• Monitor sales, reduce food wastage, and prepare basic reports.

• Provide good customer service and manage feedback or complaints.

• Support any other tasks given by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Culinary, Business, or Operations Management

• Experienced in hospitality, catering, or school canteen operations.

• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Understanding of food hygiene and safety guidelines; Food Safety / HACCP certification is a plus.

• Comfortable communicating with school staff, vendors, and team members.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple locations.

• Having own transport is a plus.
