Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities to achieve company targets and adjust strategies as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, introducing new products and expanding SKU range
• Develop and implement in-store expansion plans, branding initiatives, and optimize product displays
• Research and engage potential clients to develop new sales channels
• Conduct meetings, training sessions, and participate in industry events
• Identify prospects, manage the sales cycle, and close new business deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support business decisions
• Coordinate with the sales team in Japan HQ and provide regular updates
• Perform on-site activities to arrange and optimize in-store displays

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with the sales team in Japan HQ
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license
• Experience in the retail and wholesale industry is an added advantage
