Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer inquiries, specifications, and RFQs to accurately interpret project or product requirements.

• Calculate comprehensive cost estimates by evaluating labor, materials, production time, and overhead expenses.

• Prepare precise and timely price quotations, proposals, or bids, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company standards.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as sales, engineering, production, and procurement—to verify the accuracy and feasibility of quotes.

• Utilize ERP systems, spreadsheets, or quoting software to generate, track, and manage quotations, while ensuring compliance with internal pricing policies and profit margin targets.

• Maintain clear communication with customers to clarify specifications, negotiate terms when necessary, and support sales teams with timely follow-ups to secure orders.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in quoting, estimating, or pricing analysis, with industry-specific knowledge considered an added advantage.

• Solid analytical and numerical abilities for accurate cost estimation and effective pricing strategy development.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle for pricing and quotation management.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Effective communicator, capable of collaborating with both customers and cross-functional internal teams.

• Able to perform well under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with materials, processes, and market trends specific to the electronics industry is a plus.
