IT Operations Executive (L1 & L2 Support) | 5 Days/ $3500/ East/ Bonus - #1128377

Job Scope:

• Lead and support digital transformation projects to enhance innovation and ensure smooth adoption across the company.

• Handle IT Operations (L1 & L2 Support) by providing daily IT support to retail stores and HQ for laptops, POS, printers, tablets, network, and Wi-Fi.

• Track and maintain inventory of IT devices, accessories, and software licenses.

• Support regular system updates, maintenance, and backups.

• Support digital projects such as new ordering systems or digital menus.

• Plan and improve IT systems to support store operations.

• Assist in improving workflows for store operations, stock management, HR, and finance systems.

• Manage onboarding/offboarding IT setup and equipment.

• Maintain and track IT equipment and ensure everything is updated.

• Support cybersecurity practices and ensure stores follow IT safety guidelines.

• Support the rollout of new systems, SOPs, or process changes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant 1–2 years of experience in IT support, digital projects, or retail technology.

• Hands-on experience in L1 & L2 IT support for hardware/software, networks, and POS systems.

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices and IT safety guidelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
