Human Resource Manager (Payroll and HR Operations) - #1128289

Managing a team of HR and Payroll personnel, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of people relationship, problem solving and policy application for resolutions.

The scope of functions extends to managing of a large, blue-collared workforce, including but not limited to:  

• recruitment and orientation

• training and OJT

• disciplinary & termination

• personnel administration eg leave, grievances etc

• policy revision and updates

• accommodation and living maintenance 

• work pass matters

• business licensing renewal

• mandatory external audits and surveys

To qualify, the applicant must possess

• a relevant diploma education

• at least 3 continuous years' experience in HR Management

• exposure in managing a large workforce 

• keenness to work in a fast-paced environment

Working hours: 5-day week, 9am-6pm
