about the job

• Identify and target high net worth individuals through networking, referrals and market research.
• Build long term relationships with high net worth individuals to understand their financial goals and provide bespoke banking solutions.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the bank to customized solutions that meet clients' requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings and emerging opportunities to continuously refine acquisition strategies.
• Maintain close working relationship with internal partners for referrals and ensuring attractive or exclusive offers.
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements.

skills and experience required

• Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing high net worth clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with high net worth individuals.
• Able to present effectively, communicate ideas and concepts.
• Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented.
