Job Responsibilities

• Drive market expansion across Asia Pacific, with a strong emphasis on promoting and commercializing company-owned Intellectual Property (IP) and character assets.

• Present, position, and sell IP portfolios and character licensing opportunities to both existing and potential clients, supported by compelling value propositions.

• Build, sustain, and strengthen long-term business partnerships and customer relationships within the IP and licensing ecosystem.

• Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction and maintain IP brand integrity.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts, deliver cohesive client solutions, and support IP-related initiatives.

• Proactively seek feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance overall performance.

• Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by management or the Managing Director.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally with exposure to IP management, character licensing, brand management, or related industries.

• Willingness to travel within the APAC region at least once a month for client meetings, exhibitions, or IP-related events.
