Job Description
· Preparing quotations and proposals for customers
· Provide customer quotations and answer enquiries promptly
· Process sales orders and ensure order fulfillment
· Coordinate deliveries to ensure efficient and effective services to customers; collaborate with Store to check incoming/outgoing deliveries
· Create and maintain both inventory and customer databases
· Participation in quarterly stock take
· Support preparation of ISO & BizSafe audit documents
· Maintain office and pantry supplies; coordinate office maintenance with vendors (eg. air con, cleaner etc)
Requirements
· ITE / Diploma or equivalent
· Meticulous, proactive and resourceful team player
· Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications
· Good command of written and spoken English; able to read and write Mandarin
· Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
. Knowledge/ Training in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics is a plus
. Experience with Sage 300 (AccPac) is advantageous
