Job Overview
Position: Senior Assistant Manager, HR Medical Manpower
Location: One North, Singapore (West Region)
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (flexible start/end times to align with clinicians' schedules)
Salary Range: S$5,000 – S$6,600/month

Key Responsibilities
Manpower Planning: Strategize and monitor specialist manpower needs, map specialty pipelines, and identify workforce gaps.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring of medical specialists.
Performance Management: Support clinician performance reviews, data analysis, and promotion processes.
Policy Development: Stay updated on HR policies and healthcare regulations; recommend improvements.
Advisory Role: Provide guidance on HR policies, manpower planning, and compliance.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coach junior HR executives.
Project Work: Handle ad hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Experience: 4–5 years in HR business partnering, with mandatory manpower planning experience
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis
Bonus: Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous

Flexibility in work hours is essential to accommodate clinician schedules (early mornings or evenings).
