Job Scope

• Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities within the semiconductor equipment market

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points

• Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively promote our semiconductor equipment solutions

• Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements

• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform our sales and marketing strategies

• Contribute to the development of innovative sales approaches and go-to-market plans

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through your strong commercial acumen

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in new business development, preferably within the semiconductor equipment or related high-tech industry

• Proven track record of successfully identifying, securing and growing new client relationships

• Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the semiconductor equipment market trends and competitors

• Highly motivated self-starter with the drive to work both independently and as part of a team

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

• Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, engineering or a related discipline
