Job Responsibilities

• Work as a Health Ambassador to educate patients on lifestyle management, vaccinations, and preventive health

• Assist in coordinating and providing patient care activities

• Use IT systems to track, perform & document clinical indicators and care given

• Perform basic parameter measurements & support preventive screening & vaccination programs

• Provide guidance on social & physical activities and promote healthy living through social prescribing

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Health Promotion is an advantage

• Prior healthcare experience preferred (E.g., Patient Service Associate, Clinic Assistant, Customer Service Officer)

• Passionate about working in the healthcare industry
