Key Responsibilities
Manage full sets of accounts for assigned properties and ensure timely month-end closing.
Process incoming cheques, bank deposits, and update accounting records and debtor listings.
Prepare and issue monthly maintenance, sinking fund, and special levy invoices and statements.
Handle supplier payments and manage petty cash.
Generate monthly financia reports: income & expenditure, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, and journal audit trails.
Submit GST returns and prepare Section 47(1)(c) certificates and reminder/demand letters.
Collect estate-related fees and maintain accurate financial records.
Liaise with auditors and coordinate annual account audits.
Mentor and guide new Accounts Assistants as needed.
Requirements
Diploma or LCCI
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
