Job Summary

• Manage and grow key accounts and strategic partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Oversee proposal strategies, tender submissions, and pricing coordination.
• Analyse account performance and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive business development initiatives across target markets, including data centres, mining, and energy sectors.
• Conduct market intelligence to track competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Develop and maintain BD pipeline tracking and progress reporting.
• Build and manage relationships with consultants, distributors, and dealers.
• Ensure consultants are trained on product specifications and provide technical and commercial support.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members, set targets, and support career development.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with environmental practices and undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B technical sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in data centre, energy, or industrial solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain high-value customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, proposal development, and opportunity assessment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to lead meetings, presentations, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Willingness to travel regionally and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team is an added advantage.
