XIAOHONG PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with councils/owners, including Annual General Meetings where required, and prepare minutes for record-keeping

  • Supervise all routine and ad-hoc repair works carried out by term contractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications

  • Coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs, providing ongoing maintenance and engineering support for the shopping mall

  • Manage carpark related operations, including collections and refunds

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/NITEC in Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance

  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently to complete assigned tasks
