Bookkeeping for multi-entities in XERO
Ensure timely, complete, and accurate preparation of monthly management and financial reports.
Responsible full set of accounts including variance analysis for month end closing
Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorised in accordance to company policies
Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims
Work closely with other functions (Project / Operation Team) to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
Ensure compliance with the relevant accounting standards
Monthly inventories revaluation
Review and enhance work processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure timely submission of quarterly GST filings to IRAS and other statutory reports to the Department of Statistics.
Implement and monitor workplan objectives for the Finance Division.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and support when assigned by Supervisor
Other Ad-Hoc analysis/reporting
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at minimum LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in related field.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in related fields is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office : Excel (Vlookup, SUMIF, Pivot Table and etc), Google worksheet and Words
A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
Possesses good communication skills, positive working attitude and relate well with people.
