Logistics Officer, Inventory Control - Stock Coordination (East / AWS+VB / MNC) - #1125314

Job Summary:

• Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 (+ $100 Forklift Allowance)

• Location: Greenwich Drive (North East, Singapore)

• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm ; Sat, 8am–12pm

• Work Days: 5.5 days/week

Job Responsibilities

1. Work with the operations team to implement inventory control procedures within the warehouse.

2. Plan and execute daily cycle counts and stock-taking to meet KPI targets.

3. Develop inventory write-off procedures and strategies for stock accuracy.

4. Manage shelf-life control to prevent expired products in warehouse.

5. Act as key point of contact for inventory-related issues and escalation.

6. Support site-specific projects and develop SOPs aligned with ISO & AS9120 standards.

7. Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

8. Follow up promptly on all inventory-related requests and issues.

9. Participate in 5S, Kaizen, LEAN, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

10. Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
