Full-Time Laundry Operator – Kim Chuan Warehouse

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Laundry Operator to join our team at The Care!
If you take pride in clean, crisp clothes and love keeping things neat and organized, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.

• Handle the reception, washing, drying, ironing, and packaging of customer orders within set timelines.

• Register and update orders and sales using the system.

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the workspace.

• Provide friendly, professional communication with customers.

• Inspect garments and identify fabric types, stains, and suitable cleaning methods.

• Ensure a high-quality finish in every wash and ironing process.

• Sort and organize items by fabric, color, cleaning technique, or dirt level for the best results.

What We’re Looking For

• Proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative.

• Physically fit — able to stand, walk, and stretch for extended periods.

• Strong problem-solving and stress management skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Comfortable using mobile apps, PC, email, Excel, and Word.

• Basic understanding of washing, ironing, and folding techniques for various fabrics.

• Knowledge of proper laundry and garment care processes preferred.
