Assistant Operations Manager (Arborist)

Working Hours: 5 Days, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Tengah (Near Choa Chu Kang / Boon Lay MRT)
Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 + Project Incentive + 14 Days AL + Bonus

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape or related fields

• ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent (advantage)

• 3–5 years’ experience in arboriculture or landscape operations

• Strong knowledge of tree care, safety standards, and field operations

• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects

Job Description

• Lead and supervise daily operations, arborists, and contractors

• Conduct tree inspections and assessments; recommend treatments

• Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and tree removal works

• Manage arboriculture and landscape projects from start to completion

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines

• Build strong client relationships and handle service delivery matters

• Support business development by identifying new project opportunities (Project Incentive provided)

• Work with sales team on proposals, costing, and technical inputs

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
