Shipping Coordinator | Shipping Executive (West / up to $3800) - #1128143

Job Summary:

·       Salary - $3100 to $3800

·       Working Days and Hours – Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.00pm

·       Location – Boon Lay

·       Key Company Benefits – Transport allowance, AWS etc

Job Responsibilities:

·       Liaise with exports sales managers, production planner and warehouse to arrange for shipping

·       Liaise with overseas’ customer on their requirements, book vessels, arrange for containers' trucking, etc

·       Declare import & export permit,

·       Prepare B/L, packing list and invoice, certificate of origin, and other documents

·       Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
