Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliability, usability, and compliance of electrical systems and plant equipment.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance, replacements, and sub-station shutdowns.
- Conduct root cause analysis, recommend improvements, and drive energy efficiency.
- Develop and review SOPs, risk assessments, and maintenance strategies for cost optimization.
- Supervise contractors, manage budgets, monitor project milestones, and review vendor performance.
- Liaise with HQ technical teams and provide technical support for troubleshooting and projects.

- Possess a strong electrical knowledge background.
