Responsibilities:

• Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage customer consignment programs and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal engineers, vendors, and external customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and stock movement
• Update and maintain customer price books
• Respond to customer and business partner enquiries promptly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order processing or customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Experience with Oracle or SAP systems is an added advantage
