We are seeking a highly capable Senior Claims Handler with strong expertise in maritime law and claims management. The ideal candidate will possess both technical knowledge and practical experience, along with a proactive and adaptable mindset suited to the dynamic nature of marine claims.

Key Requirements:

• Solid understanding of maritime law, with practical experience in claims handling or dispute resolution.
• Degree in Law, Maritime Studies, Nautical Studies, or a related field with relevant industry experience.
• Highly motivated, positive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Agile and adaptable, with the ability to manage fluctuating claim volumes and respond swiftly to Assureds' needs.
• Capable of providing timely, practical, and solutions-oriented advice and guidance to Assureds.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Melayu is essential for communication with Bahasa-speaking clients and regional partners.
