  Job Requirements Responsibilities

• Identify client requirements within the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM or digital construction solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals, quotations, and related documentation.

• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.

• Track and manage the sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Stay updated on BIM technologies, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital construction solutions.

Job Requirements / Qualifications


Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction technology, software, or relevant industries.

Knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Bentley, or similar is an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about digital transformation in the construction sector.
