Our client is a global luxury watch brand. They are located in the Marina South area – easily accessible.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and repeat business.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and provide personalised clienteling.
Maintain consistent client communication to strengthen customer loyalty.
Uphold the brand’s service standards and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products, brand history, and industry trends.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with brand guidelines.
Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and customer service activities.
Store Operations:
Follow all company policies, processes, and operational standards.
Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Participate in inventory management, stock checks, and ad-hoc operational tasks.
Visual Merchandising:
Support the upkeep of visual merchandising standards according to corporate guidelines.
Ensure a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, jewellery, or watch brands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and customer service.
Digitally savvy; comfortable using clienteling tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, social media).
Highly motivated, service-oriented, and possesses a strong aesthetic sense.
