About the role

Join the team at Ryobi Geotechnique International Pte Ltd as a full-time Engineer based in the Sungei Kadut North Region. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing engineering expertise and support to the company's civil and structural engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

1.           Plan, set up, commission, monitor, and maintain real-time geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring systems.

2.           Conduct functional testing of instrumentation equipment and data loggers to ensure data quality.

3.           Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and servicing of materials and equipment.

4.           Assist the Project Engineer with various project administrative tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot defective electro-mechanical devices.

• Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on production equipment.

• Maintain in-house calibration for all production equipment.

• Liaise with vendors on maintenance and technical matters.

• Handle and support internal and external vendor/customer audits.

• Manage production team members, including technicians, line leaders, and operators.

• Develop, update, and maintain operational and instructional procedures.

• Manage equipment spare-parts inventory and maintain accurate records.

• Report maintenance issues, critical incidents, and supervise contractors or technicians as required.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronic) or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good attitude and physical health.

• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
