Temp HR Executive | GOV SECT - #1125436

Duration: 1 Year from Dec 2025 (6+6 months)
Salary: $2200 - $2400 per month
Location: Kallang
Working Days & Hours: Office Hours
 
Responsibilities:

• Write the weekly HR updates and keep the staff directory and lists up to date.
• Help with hiring, including setting up interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Handle invoices and create POs in GeBIZ.
• Help organise in-house workshops—send invites, track attendance, book rooms, arrange food, and set up on the actual day.
• Update L&D records, such as STIP and Gig participation.
• Do other admin tasks when needed, like preparing AORs and arranging refreshments for CHR sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Singaporean ONLY
