Responsibilities:

• Oversaw front-office operations including patient registration, medication dispensing, and reception.

• Managed inventory of medicines and clinical consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels.

• Maintained clinic hygiene and facility standards to comply with healthcare regulations.

• Scheduled staff and doctors for all clinic sessions, coordinating rosters across multiple branches.

• Processed patient claims and formal submissions to CHAS / third-party administrators.

• Conducted training for clinic assistants and provided ongoing team coaching.

• Coordinated cross-branch projects spanning three clinics: manpower planning, inventory logistics, and process workflows.

• Designed and implemented standardized workflows to improve clinic efficiency and consistency.

• Led staff training across branches to ensure service quality and operational alignment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Clinic Manager in GP settings.

• Must have experience in claims
