We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Co-Ordinator / Officer to join our team and work closely with the Marketing lead in coordinating and executing for a wide range of projects and platforms, for the group and its subsidiaries. If you are a creative problem-solver with excellent organizational skills, a knack for execution, and a passion for learning what makes marketing campaigns successful. Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Execution:
Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email).
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
Help manage the marketing calendar to ensure a consistent flow of activities.
Draft, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and report on engagement.
Support email marketing efforts, including list management, ABM and building emails in platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Assist with basic updates to the company website using a CMS (e.g., WordPress).
Help compile data and generate reports on website traffic and campaign performance.
Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, and other events.
Manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.
Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships included).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
Basic knowledge of ABM strategies.
Experience with basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with major social media platforms.
