What You’ll Do

• Own the warranty process from claim to completion
• Handle returns and keep customers updated
• Track progress and prepare simple status reports
• Work closely with Quality, Repair, Planning, and Shipping teams
• Solve issues and keep things moving efficiently

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Experince in shipping regulations for import/export rules across different countries
• Customer service and logistics background will be an added advantage
