Quantity Surveyor - #1125441

Responsibilities

• Quantity calculations, project tender, progress claims, and variations preparations

• Invite and negotiate quotations with subcontractors.        

• Prepare subcontractors’ price comparisons and Letter of Award.

• Track project progress, prepare progress report, and certify subcon progress claims

• Attend meeting with Clients, Consultants, and contractors, record minutes of meeting

• Proficient with AutoCAD

• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors for commercial and site matters

• Ensure works carried out on site are in line with the contractual requirements

• Assist to prepare the project and subcontractors’ final accounts

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a degree or Diploma in architecture /civil engineering / QS / building or construction management or relevant qualifications.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience including internship as QS or project coordinator

• Computer literate and a good team player

• Fluent in English communication
