Working Days & Hour 5 Day Week / 5 to 8 Classes per week (2 Off Days per week)

Job Scope

• Deliver WSQ and non-WSQ training, including classroom and practical sessions, and ensure assessments meet required learning outcomes.

• Coach Service ACEs and mid-management during operations to strengthen service standards, soft skills, and overall performance.

• Conduct performance reviews, promotional assessments, and provide constructive feedback to support staff development.

• Monitor outlets to ensure consistent service quality, safety practices, and adherence to operational standards.

• Carry out Quality Assurance, 5S, and Service Audits, and update the training team on outlet progress and skill gaps.

• Implement learning plans, support onboarding, and contribute to company-wide training initiatives and projects.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree Qualification

• 3 – 5 Years of Management Experience in F&B Industries preferably with Fine Dining Experience

• Able to Lead & Motivate Staff
