Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Operation Manager and Executive Chef to drive desired business outcomes, maintaining high standards of service and food quality.

• Address customer feedback and complaints swiftly and professionally.

• Oversee dining reservations and seating arrangements.

• Enforce adherence to the Company’s standard operating procedures among all staff members.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years in Chinese dining experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.

• A passion for and knowledge of live seafood cuisine.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Availability for a 5-day work week including Weekends and PH.
