About the role

As a Sales Executive at DELTON MARINE PTE. LTD.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts in the Jurong East West Region. This full-time position will allow you to leverage your sales expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer service to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Identify potential clients and grow the company’s customer base.

• Work closely with the procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

• Participate in marketing activities – exhibition, networking event, conference, meetings & customer visit

• Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Handle ad-hoc matters and special assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Maritime, or related fields (preferred).

• At least 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in marine, engineering, or trading industries. Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.

• Good Autocad Skill is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel overseas
