Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care for individuals under supervision.

• Monitor patient status and assess the effectiveness of ongoing treatments and interventions.

• Collaborate proactively with consultants and physicians to develop, review, and optimize care and treatment plans.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and manage all related administrative responsibilities.

• Ensure the timely availability and adequacy of medical supplies and equipment required for clinical operations and patient care.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to uphold excellence in clinical practice and service quality.

 
Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) certification.

• 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience (leadership or supervisory experience preferred)

• Excellent clinical judgment with a strong understanding of nursing standards, protocols, and best practices

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
