As part of our digital transformation journey, we are integrating Agentic AI technologies to revolutionize project design, coordination, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer with strong programming skills in Agentic AI, automation, and data-driven engineering applications to join our growing team.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions to enhance project management, design optimization, and workflow automation in M&E systems.

• Collaborate with project and design teams to integrate AI-driven insights into engineering workflows (e.g., design validation, energy simulation, coordination review).

• Build and maintain internal tools or applications that improve productivity, data accuracy, and real-time decision-making.

• Work closely with BIM, CAD, and project delivery teams to automate routine engineering and coordination tasks.

• Research and implement new AI technologies applicable to construction, facilities management, and M&E systems.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar large language model integrations.

• Knowledge of M&E engineering design, BIM processes, or construction workflows preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset.

• Passion for applying AI to real-world engineering and construction challenges.
