What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, material take-offs & pricing breakdowns

• Source, evaluate & negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors

• Handle tender submissions, clarifications & interviews

• Review contracts, VO, PO & subcontract agreements

• Manage monthly progress claims & cost control

• Prepare cash flow projections & cost reports

• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects & internal teams

• Oversee variation orders, final accounts & documentation

• Conduct site visits and support project teams

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, Building Services or related fields

• 3–8 years’ QS experience in Construction / ACMV / M&E / Fire Protection

• Experience in HDB BTO, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Data Centre is a bonus
