Responsibilities
- Provide process development support to customers.
- Perform in-house application tests and provide on-site customer support.
- Handle customer claims for abrasive products.
- Communicate regularly with engineers from Japan.
- Participate in company-organized activities and promote interdepartmental collaboration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
