Responsibilities

Lead a team of Production Technicians to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient daily operations.
Support Process Engineers in executing shift-based improvement activities to enhance operational and cost efficiency.
Troubleshoot plant, equipment, and quality issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
Monitor equipment reliability and ensure proper maintenance for optimal plant performance.
Provide training and guidance to team members while maintaining stable operating conditions and product quality.

Requirements

No experience candidate are welcome to apply.
Comfortable working on Jurong Island and willing to perform rotating shift duties.
